Cancellation policy
Thank you for honoring us with your trust and choosing us for your beautification! We do our best to be available at the time of your appointment, therefore, we ask that you also keep to the time reserved for you. Last minute cancellations make it difficult to plan our work, and valuable times are lost from other clients.
If for some reason you cannot show up at the salon at the reserved time, please let us know in time!
Given that reorganization takes time:
If you would like to cancel or change a booked appointment, please do so by phone at least 24 hours (72 hours for ElysionPro) before, or if you cannot reach us, do by message (SMS, FB, INSTA), taking into account our opening hours. Do not respond to the automatic system message received from the reservation system, we cannot accept this as a cancellation.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours (72 hours for ElysionPro), you should pay 100% of the price of the missed service by bank transfer or in person. We make an exception for our regular guests for the first time.
In the event of a 2nd no-show or late cancellation, you can only book your FUTURE appointments by making a payment in advance.
After the 3rd reservation cancellation or modification, the system automatically charges an availability fee for the next reservation. The availability fee is 10% of the treatment, it is not refundable in case of further modification or cancellation, but in case of appearance it is fully credited from the price of the treatment.
Accounts recreated with multiple e-mail addresses from one guest or with incorrect data will be DELETED by our system and DISABLED from further bookings.
If you make an appointment, our CANCELLATION POLICY is automatically accepted.
